Students, a reminder, you must have your ID when you leave to go to lunch. You must use YOUR ID; you cannot use another person’s ID to purchase lunch. If you do not have your ID, you must use a temporary ID.

Speech and Debate Team practices begin again this week on Mondays and Thursdays at 3:30. All members should be present for the meeting on Thursday during CCRT time in the faculty conference room.
Any senior who did not attend the Balfour meeting on Friday needs to come by the office, Mrs. Wood’s room, or Mrs. Fox’s room to pick up a cap and gown order form. Mr. Mainord will be here this Thursday, January 15, to take orders. If you have any questions, please see Mrs. Fox or Mrs. Wood.
Attention Juniors: On Saturday, February 14 and Saturday, February 21, there will be an ACT Boot Camp here at Walker Valley in the media center from 8:00am-12:00noon. You must sign up in the main office or in G106 by Thursday, February 12. Space is limited to 60 participants for each session, so sign up today!
If you are taking a dual enrollment course on the campus of Walker Valley, CSCC will come to your class this Friday and register you. If you want to take a dual enrollment course off campus, but have not registered, please see Mr. Jackson in the guidance office.
The ASVAB test will be given on January 21 at WVHS. This free test provides a wealth of helpful information in selecting an occupation for the future. Registration has begun in the main office.
